Develop and prepare the young men from Calvert Hall for the future. Impact them to be men of character. Help them to develop physically, mentally and spiritually so they will be able to live life with a higher purpose.

Prepare kids academically and athletically for the next level.

Help them to be young men who are focused on others. Help them to become positive influences in their communities and to be willing to serve others.

Set and hold high standards for our team and hold them accountable to those standards, both on and off of the field.

Develop players with a high work ethic and a willingness to give a 100% effort in all they do. It takes no talent to give effort.

Develop a winning attitude and the ability to be focused on the team goals throughout practice and competition.

Each player must be willing to die to self and put the team first. The team comes before any individual. Team First.
